1. Listings in every canton
We count the properties each agency currently lists in every canton, using acheteur.ch and Lookmove data (October 2026). Agencies with more homes for sale locally rank higher in each canton, and agencies active in more cantons rank higher nationally.
2. Reviews
We show public Google ratings for agencies and for individual agents. For national networks, we show the rating of the busiest branch. We never invent or adjust ratings.
3. English-speaking agents
We list agents who state that they speak English. For Neho, this information comes from each agent's public profile.
4. Fees
Most agencies charge a commission of 2 to 4% of the sale price. We highlight transparent fees, such as Neho's flat fee of CHF 16,500.
